Melissa holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC and has lived in Charlotte since 2009. She builds on the work of the relocation directors before her, including Jordan Bass and Rebecca Starrs, who accepted the department's earlier awards from Altair Global and Aires.
